By best i mean Best damage for the value, use the better dagger mainhand for which ever setup you use. (ToV would be best if you get it)So best possible is 1x talon 1x goblin screwdriver, 2nd best is which? 1x talon + 1x loom or 2x talon? By best do you mean easiest or actual best dmg? And does it matter which dagger is in the main hand?
Okay so I use ToV in my main hand and sharpened scarlet kris in my off-hand? I already have 5 of the level 7 ToVs so I guess that's fine.By best i mean Best damage for the value, use the better dagger mainhand for which ever setup you use. (ToV would be best if you get it)
I'm not new to the bracket, just to 19s. That's why I already have 5 ToVs in my bankI don't play 19's but you shouldn't really be buying those pricy pieces of gear if you are new to the bracket. The scarlet kris is a fine choice as long as you're rolling elemental force chants. If you're feeling a bit edgy then try Armor of the Fang but most would say boa everything is best. Legion is coming pretty soon so don't drop any major gold for right now. If a vultros is cheap on your realm then go ahead and snag it. Also: roll the boa neck for the heal and haste which is pretty good for assassination.
how Does IT feel to be mentally disabledCan anyone just give me a list of BiS items? Non gf-d only please

There's a huge amount of variation, I have looked at every single armoury but there is no clear non gf'd BiS set.learn to use the search, theres a armory list with enough bis rogues for you to know whats bis. answer the question now

I understand your point but usually there is a reasonably widely accepted 'BiS' set.then that is your answer
Gear sets are very situational.

Okay that would've been useful at the start Also that doesn't really help if you don't know which pieces to use when. But still, there are several items per itemslot that could be considered 'BiS'. For instance, I would not use my 'BiS' set on my hunter in premades, eventhough it's considered bis.
Alright thanks. Yeah I know, I just enjoy gearing.Just do ToV MH and 1.7 loom offhand right now.
Having 5 ToV doesn't matter unless you have the different versions. Its uniquely equipped, you need the bird drop and the one from pickpocketing chest off mobs (which is extremly rare)
BiS is changing in 3 weeks for prepatch.
