And I bet players in BGs are so much less braindead, amirite?

Nah you made rogue as your first twink like proper fotmer. Playing 100 arena games as sp wont make you any less fotm. Difference between arena and bg is that people dont join bg:s to show off their skills they go there to either have fun or farm gear quality of players at 85 bg:s is just as shit as its at 70 but quality of players at 85 arena is far better than at 70.

First of all, my first 70 twink was a hunter.
Secondly, people don't do arenas to show off their skill, they do arenas play competitive, which I find way more fun.
I can do BGs sometimes when I'm bored but I can't keep doing it consistently considering that it's not competitive and at the same time no competitive goal to set.

Ignoring Mages and Rogues, 70 actually feels far more balanced than 85. It's faster paced, but at least everyone can get bullshitted by anyone, rather than the Holy fireplay/Rls/Trippledps @ 85.

edit1: anyone who considers Kharino good in this bracket, is either brain dead or delusional, and the rating he achieved was in s9/s10 when rogues who were far superior to him like Yow and his partner Vapriest were @ rougly 2600 so please do take a seat.
