Very good points, I think it's hard to determine if it still does drop, with Wowhead saying it does, and alot of ppl saying it doesn't.

I guess someone just have to farm it to find out.

It may be grandfathered but the mobs around Foreman Thistlenettle are lvl 15 and drop items for level 20 which is a five lvl req above which is higher than the diffrence of Chatter and TSS for lvl 18. So its not for that reason.

I believe theres an issue where Stockades boss drops apply to a few mobs in VC such as those undead and some other humans.... those items are bop boss drops, not world drops so If feel that bug doesn't apply to a traditional world drop.

yes they are BoP but it is still req lvl 20 and dropped by lvl 15s which earlier was claimed impossible.

Never seen or heard a TSS drop though... And it doesn't tell us why SF doesn't drop from normal mobs in SFK anymore. I would say DM undead drops are just a bug. How many normal mobs drop BoP blue items frequently anyways?

yes it is probably GFd im just saying that higher lvl items from lower lvl mobs arent impossible.

just checked wowhead and i saw it was claimed there he also dropped other items for lvl 18 as Defender chest and legs. any1 seen these items drop?

None of the stuff I saved for Xmog that I collected while farming Chatter was that high of a requirement level. Not saying something didnt drop and I just didnt keep it, but I dont remember it dropping anything that high. There was a few pieces of gear with lvl 18 ilvl tho.
