got perma'd so i figured i would at least put my characters up for rating

was in the process of gm exploiting goblin bracers / defias chest + buying a tcg tabard + farming guardian of cenarius for my rogue so that character is still incomplete in my mind

special shoutout to my hunter for getting banned literally 2 mins after i faction changed it. also shoutout to anyone still playing in this bracket despite that it's absolute garbage at the moment

still got 2 more licenses with well over 100k hks on those but those alts (ele sham, prot pal, arms warr, etc) are unplayable as f2p at the moment. my main p2p also got banned.

peace. going to be playing Path of Exile again if anyone wants to meet me up on there - got a shadow with shavs + crown of eyes + some other really baller gear from a while back

in all honesty, the only thing i'm annoyed about is the faction change - spent like $60 today as i planned to level that character up to 39. i've done more than enough over the past few years to earn the ban. if anything it's a relief, which i'm sure most people who know me well will agree with - haven't enjoyed this game in ages, even deleted several of my 20s at one point last summer. didn't even bother with recovering most of them.

to the people i deleted off of skype - was fun talking with you all.

i 100% deserved the ban - mainly for botting and selling gold, although i did bot hks a couple years ago during my bloodthirsty farming on both my main and f2p bnets.

always tried to keep my main f2p license clean but my entire guild on bh (my 90 + alts that i used for sfk farming) got banned, so i guess that didn't work out.

possible to obtain both by submitting tickets claiming that you had them at some point and hoping that they will not check logs - if you pm me i can put you in touch with a couple people who have pulled it off, not going to mention names on here. i was up to 3 tries so far with no success - quite a few 10s and 19s have done it successfully though.

you can also get ported to the goblin starting zone but you'll get stuck before the end and a gm will have to manually help you complete the quests - have yet to try this myself, although a friend of mine did it last week.

not planning on appealing it at the moment - i'm actually somewhat excited to have more free time now. i might appeal over winter break, although i will hopefully have no desire to play by that point.

glad that you all enjoyed bging - mainly kept to myself for the first couple years that i played f2p, was definitely fun meeting more people when i swapped over to vet.

anywho, I'd like to talk to you about goblin and worgen starting zone stuff if you could help me understand some of that! idk why you had to do all those things to get banned though ;/

edit: like how do I get ported to those starting zones, I heard it was patched, but if your friend did it then idk...

Jesus, sorry to hear about the ban. Any way you could contact blizzard and try to get around it? Not sure how anal they are about perma bans still.

that was one of the unmerged tbc accounts that I bought for gold a while back - pretty sure they aren't being sold anymore due to a massive password reset by blizz. haven't seen any being sold on ownedcore in ages.

used to be able to use those with scroll of ressurection for an instant level 80 to farm stuff with.

in regards to this topic - not going to be checking it anymore, yet i pm'd a couple people info on those goblin bracers so they should be able to answer any further questions.

That's really a shame. You had some pretty nice toons on there ;(
But then again 20-29 is broken beyond repair atm..
You could try out gw2. It's a fun game and the pvp seems fairly balanced from what i've sern so far.
Also you only have to buy the game once and then it's f2p forever :)
 
So far in these comments I have seen someone get perma banned for purchasing gold and exploiting to get gear. And yet people still want information to try and the gear exploit... ?????
Someone stating sour grapes about this bracket.
Yet another person stating how terrible the bracket is, when it really is not all that bad. Especially as a Vet. It is better than it has been in years. (Cata Hunters anyone? Or one shot HPaladins literally)
And people actually buying gold on WoW. Really?? You have got to be joking.

Now, I have to hand it to [MENTION=20463]Petyr[/MENTION]. He has the correct additude. He has plenty of time now to enjoy life now that he has the WoW monkey off his back. Or does he?... I truly wish you good luck Petyr. Get out while you can!
