How exactly did I 'sell out' when I don't even have a linked account, let alone any guild heirlooms, high level enchants or veteran 20s?

I didn't sell out, because I stopped playing. I haven't played a BG since item scaling was introduced. Instead I gave up because the game is ****, and so is the community. I see more activity, cooperation and organisation within just one corporation in EVE than can be found in the entire twink community of WoW.

These forums are full of people bitching about how they want the bracket to improve, but are they willing to do anything about it? NO.

I bust my *** to provide you with an addon, and I've done the same again to make a website to support Starter Edition accounts (with next to no interest from others), when I haven't even been playing your game.

I'm thouroughly sick of receiving no end of gratitude, but a complete lack of help. If you want a community, you build it. I'm done here.

I think he didn't understand what you were saying in post before(other threads about bracket). Clearly you have been active ever since f2p has existed even till today but in a more rare very less seldom known way. He seems to be talking about people with a presence in game. Not sure if everyone knows you though many here should but their are people he feels ingame that has contributed to the lack of competition of f2p community. I see it as blizzard has done a mess with this xpac from level 1 to 100 there is tons of problems that people really don't like and a lot of malfunctions. I myself try to encourage f2p activity ingame while know people like Yasueh works hard with organizing and ofc that add-on and other technical spots that go under the radar for a lot of people who don't even use the site but have as much and more impact ingame as a person that's constantly promoting and playing ingame. People must look at the overall game first then f2p and they will see F2P is not just struggling but the whole game is. This is part reason I hope 19s and the Twink Cup goes well its one of the few this Warlords of Draenor has brought to offer with more resources to start up events even though Blizzard still has not carried out a 3rd of their promises.

"When I wrote the addon that pretty much allowed an F2P community to come together, it was because at that time (Cataclysm) I felt that there was merit to the argument that 24s were clearly pay to win, and that it was not reasonable to expect many players to pay a continuing subscription in order to compete with them (no, a subscription is not within the means of those minors whose state or country has laws prohibiting them from paid work, and many adults have responsibilities and commitments, such as their own children, that make a game subscription an unreasonable extravagance).

With MoP and WoD, along with a change of Lead Designer, I feel that Blizzard have made significant improvements, especially in low level PvP through the introduction of scaling. Even with a change of brackets raising the level of possible opponents from 24 to 29, I feel that scaling has more than compensated, leaving only certain class imbalances as an issue. The game is once more worth paying for.

With Veteran Edition I feel that they have provided those players who would be unable to afford the continuing subscription a means to close the gap within the 20-29 bracket to a nearly insignificant amount, for a one time cost that is reasonable at least to those living in developed countries, regardless of their age or other financial responsibilities.

Starter Edition is for new players trying the game. Reasonable F2P players transistioned to the Veteran Edition accounts made available to them.

F2P is dead.

All that's left is a few unreasonable people clinging to their damned stupid pride." - Yasueh

Thats what I was referring to btw.

Oh yeah that is a little more detailed. Interesting that change in designer has gone south for the moment I really hope next xpac is better.

twinking on retail is dead

nost is a nice guy

and farm all bad EU even with 300 average ping its easy. Id post some screenshots but not allowed XD

nost PvP is twice as worse than F2P bracket here due to 95% of games being premadefags and no life basement dwellers farming for rank 14. and then u get the fact that only half the classes with a few specs are viable. but most of all the community sucks.

y would you waste your life grinding to 60 just to get outplayed by some neckbeard who plays all day, does weekly raid runs and gets carried by epciz

go 39 where everythin is viable and premadez don't exist and u don't need epciz to even out the playin field and insta pops 24/7 lol

i have actually been doing really well with pure f2p gear i feel like i make the same outcome as vet or 29 the best thing is i got back with my roots

We are all grateful for the work you have done, I don't think I've ever met any twinks on here who hasn't benefited from the f2p add on you've created. And your new project will surely take off, as slow as it may be, and as ungrateful some players may seem. Don't give up on us.

Great idea! Wait we did this for like 5 years already and some people chose not to sell out, unfortunately not including most of you and the so called "community builder" Yasueh.
It is in his nature to stand up for the play-style he plays, all self interest.

It was the same with old 19s (twinking in general) defending their play-style and quitted playing, then it were recycling twinks and quitted playing and after that f2p where p2ps are the bullies and now making and playing vets is allright. Changing opinon on many occasions about all of this twinking only points to defending the play-style he plays and not twinking in general.
