Returning to lvl 19 twinking, US

Hello all,

I decided to return to twinking at lvl 19 in the US and wanted to see if there was an active community for it. Que times seem to be lasting long so I fear there isn't. With current retail WoW, are BGs cross-realm or is there a guild on a server I could xfer to?

Unfortunately, retail 19s are completely dead unless you use the XP-Off debuff bug.

This is not true. I have qued into a few premades aka war games. Though granted yes. The popularity has died off slightly.
