Returning f2p questions

Greetings!

After many years I decided to give WoW another chance, as I stopped playing after the level squish.
Decided to make some priests as always. (A Level20, a level 10, a Pandaren Stayer, a Exile Stayer)
Two questions I did not find a proper solution myself:

1) Is it possible for f2p to obtain Ethereal Transmogrifier ?
If so, how do I obtain Trader's Tender ?

2) What would be the best way to get the 10g req. for xp-off as an Alliance char without dinging 11?

Nevertheless accidentally found an easy way: Did the Darkmoon fishing quest and a tresher had 24g for me
