Returning 29 Outlaw Rogue gear check

Hey guys, only just found out that twinking was back in normal bgs so i bought some gametime and dusted off my old 29 Worgen rogue. I pretty much only play my twink so i dont even have a maxed toon, and havent bought the expansion yet. I play on Barthilas in OCE so ping is sometimes a bit of an issue. Ive been gearing for the last couple of days and this is what ive manage to get so far :

Head: Master Engineers Goggles
Neck: Eternal Woven Ivy Necklace - Mark of hidden Satyr
Shoulder: Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders - +3 agi +1 crit
Cloak: Parachute Cloak - +12 agi
Chest: Scaled Leather Tunic of the Quickblade - +7 all stats
Wrist: Archers Bracers of the Qucikblade - +4 agil
Hands: Headunters Mitts of the Quickblade - +5 agil
Waist: Highlanders Leather Girdle
Legs: Stained Shadowcraft Pants - +4 agi +2 crit
Boots: Highlanders Leather Boots - +3 agi
Ring 1: Recruits Ring of the Quickblade - +2 Versatility
Ring 2: Electrocutioner Lagnut - +2 Versatility
Trinket 1: Inherited Mark of Tyranny
Trinket 2: Swift Hand of Justice
Main Hand: Darkwater Talwar - Elemental Force
Off Hand: Darkwater Talwar - Elemental Force

my proffessions are herbalism and engineering. I am open to any tips or suggestions as i havent played for a while and am completely out of the loop. Thanks guys

The most essential part of any twink rogues kit is the frag belt, that way you have an enchant doing the biggest portion of your overal damage and an engineering bomb having your highest burst damage. The dream is to one day not actually use any class abilities at all.

Looks pretty solid from what I can see. I imagine you'll replace some of the pieces with BG crate blues (ideally verse or verse/crit).

See if you can get your hands on a versatility trinket. Touch of the void is easy for those who played WoD. Defending/Returning champ are a bit harder, but are better options. Otherwise I would image the crit trinket from the pvp vendors would be better than haste or stam.

If you are talking about the fel-infused gear, then you can't get that anymore. It was available during the Legion launch event.

And Touch of the Void isn't that great tbh. 8.1 also introduces an agility heirloom trinket, so I wouldn't sweat it on farming the vers trinket.
 
Ur gear and chants are solid. I’d probably look to replace the Haste trinket. At 29 u have the dungeon on use trinket available I believe. Or if u do get one with Stam / Vers.
I’m just glad ur Ally with gear like that, wouldn’t want to be Horde versing u :eek:

Pretty sure the new agi trinket requires BfA pvp stuff, otherwise I'd have suggested it instead =(
 
Pretty solid :D, maybe switch Herbalism to Alchemy to get the Alchemist's Stone which will give you a lot more agility.

pretty damn solid i'd say

gonna wanna get https://www.wowhead.com/item=88294/flashing-steel-talisman over swift hand probably. Other than that I can imagine you crush in bgs

drops from scarlet monastery and scales down to 29
 
I would use pathfinder or infiltrator helm of the quickblade then change glove enchant to crusher for an additional ap. I would also go for higher vers variations of quickblade greens but thats just me. Others have mentioned good trink alternatives

Stone requires lvl 35
