US Return?

After being away for a year or two now due to work/computer issues I am thinking about returning. To do this though id need to buy a new comp and possibly upgrade my internet.

So before I go and spend solely to play WoW, would it be worth it? I know of the epic upgrade stuff, idc about that because my invasion gear. I know classes might be different or imbalances changed, idc about that because I'll be on my hunt.

My 2 questions simply are for my vet ally hunter:

1) How are the q times for random/specific wsg/av. Generalized please, none of that "q times differ" stuff because I'll frequently be playing at different times.
2) How are the bgs? Most of my friends seem to have left so id be playing for competitive games. Is one side vastly better? None of that grass is greener bs. Who wins more, and is it by alot? Is horde still cranking out premades while ally is solo artists?

1. kind of hard to determine this right now since the 19s, 29s, 39s, 49, and etc. got the boot with this patch.
2. more or less balanced, depends on perspective.

1. Cannot answer as I haven't played enough this patch all I know is in peak hours they pop after 10+ minutes.

2. They aren't that great, but that is my opinion every xpac the gameplay keeps getting dumbed down more and more. Alliance is vastly superior to Horde right now. Alliance wins more and I would say like 6/10 bgs. Horde and Alliance both premade to my knowledge. There is also very apparent bugged enchants that asorb shields for 15ks.

Random BG is garunteed 3-9 minute queue time. Wsg 10-20 min wait time. I never seen AV pop, then again I never queue for AV.

Alliance wins most games. They have the most twinks in comparison to horde. If you were to solo queue as alliance, You'd have a good chance to see another twink in your group or a premade. There is always a small chance you'll run into a horde premade though.

I'd say this is a good time for a alliance hunter to solo queue BGs; With MM being one of the strongest DPS classes.
