requeue as 5 bugged

so i was playing dungeons with some guys i wanted to keep playing with, so i decided to accept the requeue with my lvl 10 twink but even tho we have been 5 people requeuing we were stuck with "2 dps" in the DF is there a reason? or is this just a bug and is there a way to fix it?

It happens when there is a mix of xpon / xpoff people in the group
Usually takes 3-5min and u get a pop

Afaik its a hidden timer that prevents you to enter the next dungeon to soon.

Dungeon entrance timer is correct. Can only enter a dungeon once every 7-8 minutes I think. Cant find the actual number posted anywhere.
