Reason #203 Why I do not pay Blizz...

I called blizz concerning some questions I have about buying an actual account - first, I get a recording saying "currently our cue is filled up, call later," (or something to that effect). Then when I finally got in the cue, it was taking so long I gave up. Guess they don't want paying customers.

On the other hand, when I've put in a ticket they've always resolved it to my satisfaction.

I made a ticket the other day for my F2P twink because my bags were full and the satchel from the random dungeon ended up in the mail which I can't use.

They said they couldn't do it....
