It doesn't generate extra threat and I think that heroic strike can hit just as often... Meele damage does like 1 damage so it doesn't matter if I wont hit with normal meele...
No it can't...just a misunderstanding of how it all works.
Heroic Strike = next hit (normal melee)
Sinister Strike = instant hit (extra hit)
So when you spam SS, you get an extra 15 swings per minute over a warrior. Where the additional threat comes in is from the weapon procs. You will proc more with more hits at the same weapon speed.
HS threat isn't as huge as you might think, nor is it available every time you swing.
I'm an end game warrior tank and I spam HS religiously. At level 80, it's threat is = damage + HS modifier + 259 (innane threat). That inane threat is the constant threat value for having it hit. However, the curve is pretty steep for threat values in lower levels.
In 60 sec, I average about 12 HS. So, out of my 35 swings per minute (1.7 weapon speed)...12 of them hit for 259 + 495 (HS dmg rank 13) extra threat.
Of course, all of this is dependent upon you landing the hits...which we don't do a lot of at lvl1
That's why rogues do more dmg. They miss the same %, but have a greater number of attempts, and thereby proc their enchants more, which in turn deals more threat.
That's not to say that you shouldn't try a level 1 warrior tank. They've been done without success for awhile now, but maybe you can find something we've missed. The one thing they do have over rogues is mitigation due to increased armor. However, if you can't hold threat, mitigation is meaningless.
Regardless though, threat will always belong to healers at level 1...you can't miss a heal...and it's 1 to 1 threat gen (unless you're a pally) is king.
That's why a hasted shaman tank is preferred. Although I've been doing pretty good on my Priest tank ...
Does warriors works good as DPS' then?
yes, about as well as any other melee class
And finally...dude...your spelling and grammar suck
