So it appears that I can get 13140 from all these quests (assuming they all can be done on an alliance char), which is 14454 with human bonus and 15900 if I keep DMF reputation bonus on all the time.

Which means I would have to get 42000 - 15900 = 26100 rep from these crypt mobs... 10 rep each if I am human with DMF bonus. 2610 kills, and there are only like 8 in the whole tunnel...

better get going.


edit: I guess the tabard that gives rep from "dungeons" won't give me any rep in raids?

yes that's correct. about the tabard, im not sure about that, i can try larer when i get on

I disconnected shortly after completing the starter zone, and creating next DK I've checked that DMF is not tomorrow but in fact next week, so I've decided to drop it.

AP is no longer located in NY. In fact, there is no longer a NY datacenter, or Phoenix datacenter for that matter. I think they were Vivendi's, and Activision/Blizzard and Vivendi split some time ago. So, check your datacenter on wowpedia's datacenter list. Btw, don't use wowwiki for current information. It's pretty much gone derelict, after the staff jumped ship to wowpedia.

Hello, I'm new to this community and the add-on. I didn't have any characters on Aerie Peak so I created one two days ago. Today I started having realm server connection issues. The game would take forever to cast an instant spell, freeze up and disconnect me from the server. Particularly frustrating while trying to run dungeons. This was early/mid morning so not a peak time. I tried restarting wow, battle.net, the computer, router, modem. I tested another character on a different realm (Shandris). The character worked just fine, but there was no one present on the add-on. I tried disabling the add-on for Aerie Peak and still had the same connection issues. We are located in Washington State and I know Aerie Peak is based in New York. Might this be the problem? Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think it would be the same if I tried creating a character on Aggramar? Anyone know where this realm is physically located? I would like to play both Alliance and Horde. I really like the community feel of the add-on and would love to be able to use it. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you have. Thank you!

If you are using a wireless connection, switch to ethernet. this can have a huge impact on connectivity when it gets dodgy. if you are still having difficulties i would open a ticket with blizzard and get their advice. you can also check in with your isp - but i think blizzard is the 1st stop.

I know a lot of people will buy stackable items and stash them. Then, if you ever need gold for something in the future, you can vendor them. Eternium Thread are a popular option for this - they stack to 200 now so you can have up to 150g stored in a single item slot.

Outside of that, most of my gold is spent playing with transmog and using flight paths in high-level zones.

Well, for instance lets talk about buying new pets, the ones in Outland, maybe you would need gold to fly to Northrend areas , and fish for Sea Turtle. You can explore and the The Explorer Tittle. Fish for fishing archievments, get new toys (drops/vendors)... etc etc etc

Can Target Dummy still aggro hunter's and warlock's pets?

It would useful for healers, if this item could take pets off for a while. I bet most hunters don't control their pet manually.

Ask a p2p mage to port you to faction's shrine, set your hearthstone there and take the shattrath portal. You can get to any major friendly city from shrine.

You can get it from northrend pools. Fished it up on my main a while ago, it just takes a LOT of grinding. Pools off the coast of Borean Tundra work very well.

Ask a mage to open a portal for you. You'll end up in Shattrath and have to make your own way to whereever you like to go. Pack some health pots.

How to ask a mage even though he can't read your /s talk? Either you got a p2p friend or you take one of your pets and rename it "whisperme" or something, then point at the mage and at the pet until he whispers you. If you're lucky, he'll make you a portal.

I Think she meant *Northrend --- anyway, to get to Outland you basically have to be teleported from 2 people threw a Dungeon stone , or just ask a mage to open a portal for you, i suggest you to ask him to open a portal to SHRINE OF SEVEN STARS / TWO MOONS because thats the place were all the portals are opened, to ANY place (not including Draenor). About Sea Turtle, I am not sure, but i think that [MENTION=21797]Deej[/MENTION] knows where to fish in northrend for it, not getting killed WHILE you wait for a BG pop. GL with it!!!
In high level zones you basically DON'T stay alive, but there are places not OVERWHELMED with high level creatures , and thats the place you'd like to stay. If you are aiming for an archievement, you are going to die, and ress and die .... until you reach your aiming "thing" , well--- thats for sure, unless you have a P2P that already has Sandstone drake or any other 2-seat flying mount.

Another option for farming Sea Turtle would be the Fish of the Day pools in Pandaria, which is a constantly respawning cluster of pools that changes locations every day. However, be prepared to do A LOT of corpse running in order to get the flightpoints near all of the locations. If you're on Aerie Peak I might be able to help you with it.

I fished Sea turtle in a place called the Frozen sea, It's in borean tundra south of the "Unu'pe" flight path. It's a set of ice bergs with alot of fishing pools and not a single mob to kill you =D Goodluck if you decide to hunt for it

I fished my Sea Turtle on the south shore of Twilight Highlands. There's a large swath of beach with no mobs on it.
