Do the BWL folks have a regular spot to duel? Would really like to have some people pound on me for practice. On ursin horde side I have occasionally seen some out and about, but never any in front of Org. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw that I'm not getting dumped with them with CRZ.

Where you least expect it...
 
BWL is more or less on hiatus atm. Most of us play on Alliance or on different servers (or not at all). Your best bet is to grab us on Skype and ask us to get on! My Skype is Hydoxs.

/equipslot 16 "weapon name"
/equipslot 17 " shield name" in your case weapon
/cast spell
/equipslot 16[modifier:alt] weapon name
/cast spell

This is not ideal since you are swapping between 2 and one handers. But it will work. Modify it to suit your needs.

Remember this will initiate a global cooldown every time you weapon swap.[

so recently my wow has been all weird with quests, I guess you could say. Usually when I accept a quest it automatically starts tracking it. Nowadays it just goes straight to my quest log and I have to manually click track. Not that I'm lazy or something lol, but is there an option that auto tracks quests when accepted? cuz if so, mine is turned off.

Game Menu > Interface > Objectives > Automatic Quest Tracking

Make sure that's enabled.

It's been a while since I was FTP, but I would recommend the Aerie Peak realm, with this addon:
F2PAddon - Chat & Communication - World of Warcraft Addons - Curse

The FTP community has joined with some generous subscribers to create a chat workaround for grouping up with other FTP'ers.
 
Did anyone ever figure out who Danse was?
