Are Laughing Skull Masks already moggable account wide once you've reached Revered/Exalted and equipped them on 1 single char?

you dont need to rebuy them but the char needs the rep in order to mog them.

Still up in the air if it makes it to live that way. Ptr doesnt always equal exactly like live. Would make sense though, but removes all the fun and prestige.

They're removing the rep req for them, they fucking removing the swaggest mog for a twink, but y know ye u need 1 single char for it now.

The reputation required to transmog cosmetics such as Wrynn's Vanguard Tabard and Bloody Visage of the Laughing Skull has been removed. You still need the appropriate reputation in order to buy them, but they may then be freely transmogged on to other characters without having to earn the reputation again. Several of these items, such as the Laughing Skull masks, also have no level requirement, making them usable by low level characters.

Just got this mask on my 110 horde troll shaman. But it's not showing up in ANY of my other toon's Appearances Collections. Is this transmog broken?

You need to be horde to apply the mog.
You also have to fully learn it. It can't have the light blue text that tells you, you can sell it to a vendor for a full refund

Refund period. Vendor the mask and the appearance will apply account wide

Prestige has been gone from this gane for quite some time
