EU+US Question about hunter twinks

I have a lvl 100 hunter that I think I want to get twinked at 101. The thing that concerns me tho is that I have specced him MM and as I looked at the armory, I saw most people go BM with their hunter twinks.
Is MM good for a 101 twink and is it possible to do decent damage with BM even without the artifact weapon I can no longer obtain for my hunter?

my MM hunts does around 800k burst with 840 ilvl and 767 artifact weap, also piercing shot crits for 6mil+

You'll be just fine going MM over BM, no worries.
