Pyrium Weapon Chain Possible bug?

As a player myself, I can definitely understand how frustrating this can be as it can have a devastating impact due to how this effects lower level pvp. we have not yet heard of this issue! I will be sending the details of your report on to our Quality Assurance team, who will attempt to reproduce the issue from the information you have provided us. Once they have done so, they will forward their findings to our Development Team, who will then determine a fix, and apply it to the game as soon as possible. Please also feel free to check our Bug Report forum at Forums - World of Warcraft where other players and our team post about existing bugs in the game as updates are often posted there for our community.

its just a standard template msg. ive got the same msg when i put in a ticket about festive mugs. they just change a few words in it each time they use it.

Bug or not, it is silly to think it is intended.
 
Tried it and it works giving me hit cap on autos so its pretty OP but I have no interests in using exploit/bug gear and im back to +15Agil.
Btw it needs to be a hierlooms for it to work, you simpley send the loom to your main enchant Pyrium Wep Chain then send back and it should work.
