used to be full intellect, went for 20% pvppower instead and my damage was increased. so if I were you I would go for that, or close to

they pop more than 15-19's and less than 20-24's, I think about inbetween these two atm (70's have pops at weird times though, early morning and mid afternoon happen too).

OT

I use between 30,89% - 24,52% as pally (prot/ret missing bis bracers/weap). I have not worked out what is best but untill now dps seems to go up with pvp power going up. I am curious to the effects after base resilliance is overcome.

In Cata, arenas popped at around 3 pm est in the summer for fast ques. but there were like 3 or 4 teams queing ta that time. What is it like now? (It was much better later at night)
