Yeah, Rogue is really sketchy without any defensive. It probably has some viability in 2's comps, but in any sort of BG or Arena where healers are involved, it's just an unnecessary risk for its team now.
Oh, and Warlocks are of course stronger now as a whole.
Chaos Bolt probably isn't going to be that big of a deal, since you're turning a long cast time into slightly more damage (burst) per soul shard than Shadowburns, but you are losing some of the instant cast shenanigans to benefit from that burst.
Life Tap though... that's the game changer. Affliction might be viable now since it can actually turn its ridiculous healing back into some of the mana it burns through so quickly.
