Proc WOD Solo Dungeon gear still BIS for f2p level 20 vets??

Pretty much the title. I haven't played since 2023 and I found myself listening to the WoW soundtrack recently and felt nostalgic to play again. I already have a highly geared priest if I remember correctly who is WOD geared but not fully. My question is, has there been any changes in gear/classes/whatever since 2023 for level 20s? Alos, what content can I not do? (raids, order hall, certain zones, etc...)

nope, bc socket gear is bis except a few slots, check out the 20s guide by @DoByG

By order hall are you referring to the Legion Class Hall? If so, that is available to lv10s+ (except Evokers). Class hall offers Mark of Honor every 14 days for each toon if you set it up and level your followers. It also offers Polished Pet Charms (avg. 50 per month per toon) to buy several pets in various expansions.
