Whats wrong with the bracket?
19s have never been welcoming players.
Even if you were a skilled player coming to the bracket you still would be greated poorly.
A new player doesnt survive fitting in with the already established in 19s.
The new players dont play the game to the same standards as older players.
When a person is getting bye or think they are acomplishing their goals they will be reluctant to change their style of play.
For example: if a new player is playing a arms war or survival hunter they might be 1 shotting people and having ratios like 22-7 in bgs and liking that they are killing more people than people kill them.
19s have yet to understand saying you suck to people who dont know what their doing is rude.
19s need to take advantage of the many players they come across and make a league for new players and organize events for new players to take part in and they will get the hang into playing organized play.
The only thing that has been holding the 19 community back is the community itself.

Using a Disease as a way of expressing ones opinion on something works. Alds is terrible. HIV is terrible. Therefor, if you call something "Alds" you're just saying it's terrible.
I agree that calling something "Gay" because that thing is terrible is extremely offensive because it's implying that being "Gay" is terrible.
Using a Disease to express an opinion on something is in reality a metaphoric way of using the Disease' name. It's not literal. Therefor you shouldn't take offense.
