Is Power Torrent worth it?

it procs enough to be better than 22int or 30sp. you get about 3% crit when it procs, as well as a shitload higher damage on all your spells, and already have higher base stats than you should have had before the patch due to new enchants and leg armor/shoulder enchant. its better because its almost like a low cooldown frequently proccing enrage for casters

I just put this on my staff and when it procs, wow what a difference. I looked it up and found this on Wowpedia

Has a 45 second internal cooldown.
Proc rate approximately 33%.
The 500 intellect bonus increases maximum mana by 7500, but does not increase current mana.

Never tried windsong yet, does it proc often? I get told it doesn't proc as much as hurricane to be worth it. I may be wrong but that is what I heard off the grapevine.

Windsong gives 56 Haste/Crit. Power Torrent gives 75 Int ( 75 Sp + Crit). Maybe Black Magic is better than Windsong. BM gives 94 haste. I dont know. Im testing Power Torrent now. Havent gotten to others as of yet.

56 haste and crit can proc at same time. Mastery doesn't proc for 24s but crit and haste procs a lot, just finished my crit setup. I'm thinking about going mining for max stam. Since I have gf boa helm with 7 stam. Sitting at 2820 base in my stam set in holy.
