Maybe copy and paste it into word and do a spelling/grammar check, and all and all just clean it up a bit, right now it's just a wall of poorly laid out text, make each section clearly defined, make your gear list easier to read, it's the little things like this that make a great guide because yes while having good info is important being able to read said info without having to try overly hard to make sense of it, is just as important.

Not sure if this can be considered necroposting, but it's still the only rogue guide we have on the forums. So:

The best ranged weapon for rogue would be Eventide Bow / Bow of Ire for Alliance / Horde respectively.

Not to diss your guide, but there was a good guide written by a female belf rogue (sorry I dont remember your name) a few weeks ago that was really good.
