Ferals already had rake stun at 29's? And if you're talking about 20's I just checked the ptr rake passive and it still says level 25.

I don't remember them having rake stun in this patch at 29. I'm not talking about 20's considering i don't have a 20 or play 20. Only 29.

With premades becoming a thing in 29s I would just like to have a team to compete with.

I have also always wanted to make a tournament for the bracket. So if 29s are successful (not the skill but the fact that teams play) then I'll be doing that as well.
