If you use coordinates, mark a spot at 37.66 63.93 Eastern Plaguelands. The tree at that spot (found behind Lights Hope Chapel) is directly above the Paladin Order Hall's portal to new Dalaran. If you dont have coordinates, just notice that there is a tree about halfway down the path from the statue behind the chapel to the gate out of the compound.
There are two ways to proceed from there:
1) Take some gear off, head down the trail and out of the compound, and aggro at least two different kinds of mobs (cuz not all of them have enough pursuit range). Hurry back up the trail to the marked tree and wait to die. As a ghost, run inside Lights Hope Chapel where you will discover that the secret floor door is now open. Head down and find that marked spot from below. What you're looking for is a large shiny object that has a sort of badge shape (its across from a giant open book). You'll see that the rez button is available. Upon rezzing, you will be hit with a stun. Begin spamming the portal's cog. You'll hear angry Paladins trying to boot you out. Keep spamming furiously and 9 times out of 10 your stun will end before their expulsion spell completes. You'll then see the Legion load screen and will be in new Dal.
2) Get queued for bgs and dungeons and then die anywhere within a short run to Lights Hope Chapel. Run your ghost into the Pally Order Hall and look for their portal. Wait for a queue to pop. Accept and you'll be rezzed into that instance. Upon returning to the game world you will be at that portal, but the stun to expulsion timing will probably not be as favorable. Try spamming portal as best you can, and you got a shot at getting through.
