Playing lvl 45 PvE SL/BFA twink

Hello. I would like to share with you reasons why play lvl 45.

Lvl 10 characters are insanely strong compared to high level characters. But they lack abilities and are limited in the gameplay options they could participate in. So I was trying to find a perfect level balance, where characters feel strong and fun a I settled at lvl 45. Let me explain.

What you have access to at level 45:
artifact weapons with ilvl 80 that can also use enchants from under ilvl 50 (crusader, dancing steel etc.)
legion world quests, can solo even elites with 10 times as much hp
heart of azeroth (goes over 100ilvl) and few azerite gear pieces (with longstrider trait)
best gear comes from legion normal dungeons (ilvl 60 with optional speed/leech/socket)
unrelated to power level, you have access to tons of content
have max speed flying
all but last row of talents
almost all abilities

I already have 3 such characters and leveling more.

Azerite slot x2, HoA, TBC dungeon gear / Mythic SoO gear, crafted legendary from Legio. Ilvl 60 socketed rings from legion.

Maybe I worded that wrong, I meant like how are people level locked/xp off at 45 and still entering bgs with everyone else? I know with 20s to get into bgs with everyone else while XPoff you have to wait for your sub to expire or transfer to another account without one that use too have one. Thanks for the info!

lvl 45 is.....meh.
pve twinking is usually for powerleveling (a lvl 10 will outperform you), creating something stupid like a destro lock with 190% haste (which is impossible now and no reason to have because of the diminishing returns on secondary stats), doing weird challenges like perma slowing all the mobs in Shrine of the storm dungeon with Sacrolash's Dark Strike legendary + absolute corruption + 27% leech and trying to kill/survive them all. There is nothing to do now.

May as well just go to 50 on a BFA account if you want pvp, you'll want to do it now though because come next xpac the tier will shift again.
