I highly doubt they are going to notice/care about healing at low levels enough to change it 7 days before it goes live... blizz usually has done most of their modifications long before 7 days =P

This, but it is about the same from 10-85, however i agree with ya, most everything is done by 2 weeks before live, even more so in 1
However a 70 twink beating a 85 in cata is news(90% resil)
Expect more Bresil nerfs/more likesly, less resil on low level pvp gear

I have yet to check out any level other than 19 =x is it that bad? If it's something drastic like a 70 beating an 85 I would expect that to be fixed before release or perhaps a week after.... thats insane!

The 70V85 is due to the fact that 85,80,&70 pvp gear has not had its resil lowered to account for the 40% base resil
And 19 is a good representation of 20, only good FC is a Rdruid

This. Anyone currently excited about MoP is dumb. The bracket will be unplayable if PTR goes live.

No, seriously it will be unplayable. You'll play 1 game or duel someone, then laugh your behind(censoring is dumb) off and go back to Runescape or something.
