Actually it does, it's not the only thing that equals respect but it's definitely a start. If he would have complimented his progression then it would of been a respectful thing to do. But instead he bashes on his progression and what he was trying to accomplish in a disrespectful manner.

The point I'm merely trying to get across is that he is essentially going to suffer from De Ja Vu with his last guild project with a deluded mindset that there's power in numbers, more importantly power in randoms regardless of whether or not they came from the last failure.

If he wants to build a shelter for the homeless by all means, but there is no credibility or worth in this act being made public and merely shows that SCC 2.0 will most likely suffer from another implosion and amount to nothing.

Games are bad enough with the amount of misguided fools that the 19 bracket has already so what good will come from adding more fat to the body?

You have valid concerns I think, but I rarely make the same mistake twice when it comes to management, i'm also in a much better position to lead a guild in my real life than I was when I lead SCC, along with in game. I think of it more as fostering the community than taking in the homeless. It's okay to spread the wealth tho.

With some skilled dedicated players their all inclusive guild recruiting could be nice to grow the bracket some. I guess the only problem is if the skilled members jump ship. Also [MENTION=189]Conq[/MENTION] you should encourage everyone to roll horde and alliance. Horde is in need currently

There's way more horde queueing than alliamce. This is evidenced by nights where only one game is popping most alliamce get right back in while horde have to wait 2-3 games to play again (easy to tell from brag)

Maybe you meant that alliance is face rolling horde. If so this is likely due to class balance more than anything (ally have a lot of FOTM rollers - I've seen 5 Druids ally in multiple games). Meanwhile horde loves to have 3-4 rogues and 4 discs (I miss the days before disc buff when it wasn't semi FOTM - now I get told to reroll a toon that's been my primary twink since 2005! My solution is to get more organized horde with good class balance into games that will make it interesting. Existing horde guilds can do this. Alliamce rerolling horde just makes queues worse.

People can and will do what they want of course ....but just thought id study the issue horde is having from my perspective. I've had a busy week at work so barely pugged. That will change soon.
