Both yes, I haven't seen a single WF/TF on any of my 100's yet but received several diff Weapons on them, all standard 700s.

Okay, I've read you can't get WF weapons on 100 so that might be true. Have been trying to get them on my twink though, but no luck yet.

I wish us all luck as the TF Weapons (at any Twink Level) are seriously amazing, especially for Casters due to shit gobs of Int.

what if blizzard just upgrade artifact weapons next expansion after legion to max level, from how much it'll benefit them in time efficiency just having the artifact weapons levelling with you and being bis forever i dont see them making warglaives multiclass
