Oversight by Blizzard... Topkeks allowed?

They can also warforge to 720. Someone in my raiding guild got one and dumped 5 of his ~18 crystallized fel immediately.

That I'm unclear on, I got one from a Chest on my Hunter who is 100 so no idea. That's the only one out of 312 Chests I've had drop, but of those 312 Chests probably 99% of those are on Characters from 10-99.

When, you have a Blue of that because I 100% guarantee I got it on my 100 Hunter, this was 2 or 3 days ago.

Honestly, I would focus on your main twink above all others to get a lot of boxes, BUT!!!!!! Do NOT open them right now. Just fill your bank and bags to the brim in case they add Titanforge to give us low levels +20 or rings and other items currently from vendor only. It's when the boxes open for the rewards that spawn, not when you gather the box.

No worries, I was just wondering. I have 3 of them already, sadly the 2 that dropped (1 on my 100 DH) didn't WF or TF so I only have 3x 725's atm lol.

This makes me very nervous not gonna lie. I've laready opened 312 Chests and have TONS of the shit Swag WF already. I'm hoping Blizz fixes them and rescales all of them properly (+10 for the current WF and +20 for the current what I call TF, that are +10 iLvL right now).

I'm not overthinking anything, the 700 (normal) 710 (WF that gives no increase) and 720 (WF that gives +10 iLvL) is 100% inline with past 'Thunderforged' from MoP. Unless they take the current +20 iLvL (upper levels since 99 can in fact get +20 right now) and boost that to +40 or something (20 for lowbies) then I will change my terminology. Until that time I'm going to call the +10 "Warforged" on lowbies Titanforged as that's what it is.
 
The thing is it is not running off of ANY system previously used. It is their testing ground for Titanforged in Legion and they will probably add something to it here on Tuesday with invasion gear. Feel free to call it what you want, I am not here to tell you what you can and cannot do. I am just telling you what facts are. The best part about facts?
 
I have a lot of boxes saved up. But the problem is this; on Tuesday they could add more items to the boxes, better chance at upgrades, or other good things. We could also wake up to the hotfix note:

"Characters under level 100 will no longer receive upgraded item level equipment from Small or Large Legion Chests."
