Outlaw rogue (f2p 20) - any suggestions for improvement gear-wise?

Hi,

I was just wondering if any experienced rogue player or someone who is knowledgeable on the best gear could give my armory link a quick look and suggest where I could be improving possibly.

I am trying to stack agility then vers to max the tooltip on my sinister strike.
