I just asked this question on the wownoob reddit and got mass downvoted and spammed with "just buy a subscription", so I'll try it here instead.
I'm f2p and recently created a night elf guardian druid, which I intend to max out. However, I can't find anything online on what the best 5 talents are to take in the guardian tree. As far as I can tell, the only two obvious talents to take are Maul (forced) and Survival Instincts (great defensive cd). However, from there, I'm not so sure what's optimal. Both Berserk: Ravage and Gory Fur seem good, but to pick them up I have to take the Mangle upgrade, which doesn't augment my defenses whatsoever, and that's all 5 points spent. Alternatively, I might want to drop Berserk: Ravage for Gore, which synergizes well with Gory Fur. And of course there's also the completely different approach of not maximizing Ironfur procs using the right side of the tree, but rather going for mid-combat healing on the left.
So, all in all, does anyone know what's best?
