i just searched proper pull up, have no clue about the guy, seems like he does them right, pull thru and get like the bottom of ur neck above the bar, its hard for u without the gym though i never liked the door bar, too tight of an area, maybe see how many proper push ups would be a better challenge, no one can say they dont have a pull up bar
