Are there any confirmed upgrades of deadlines cleaver? If not is there any epic boe for outlaw rogues @ 19 thats not a dagger?

No its instanced, Long Climber claw or w/e its called and Slicer Blade.

I'll link a picture later (visiting family until tomorrow), but instance quests should all be able to upgrade.

Source: Epic upgrade of Dire Maul (whatever the one with the imp is) cloth shoulders on my 49 priest. I assume it's around the board for all vanilla quests at least.

That said not only was it shoulder slot (better for boa + inscription enchant) but it only had values for 1 secondary (vs. two of heirlooms).

Posting because a few people were curious I think.
