It’s obvious that he faction changed at least once as he’s a nelf with the epic ring from horde side. I’m not even done with all of the alliance quests and I think I’ve gotten 5 or 6- but the trick is getting useful ones (which usually means something with secondaries). What would be really impressive is like epic sooth, Defias bracers, and rings with a secondary.
EDIT: if you faction change, and then go back- do all of the quests reset? They used to... anyone able to confirm?

The only quests that "reset" are faction specific, not neutral. So if you go on wowhead and look at a zone, anything that has the horde or alliance symbol are quests that are available to you. If no symbol, then you can only do it once. And I believe you can only do them all once per faction.

You likely loose ongoing reputations and hk count resets. Hardly an option for time invested characters.

Managed to get back to back targeted epics today on a 20 rogue. Soothsaying into sparkproof gloves. Not sure what direction to take with the gear yet. atm it's just bits and pieces.
