I'm not seeing any 1-20 zones in here, am I? Anything at all yet in those?

edit- Ok, nevermind. just got a rare upgrade first quest in elwynn.

Those are, of course, limited to level 20 and below. No good for anyone else.

I started the Silverpine Questline. Out of 14 quest rewards 6 came out Rare (so far):

All are as useless as Cookie's Table Cloth & Black Ogre Kickers.

Just doing some casual questing on my 59 to experience the upgrades before I try on my 19s. Here's a couple epics I upgraded. Nothing crazy, or BiS (necessarily), but still upgrades.

So I just started a quick questing run before the downtime hit, and one of the rewards was a staff with just vers secondary. I thought, "gee, I hope this gets a proc" and turned it in first to beat the shutdown timer... it didn't proc anything. But the point was ------> I was "excited". Not jump up and down, but more than just another green drudgery quest.

That's the whole point to the change, and it's working. Adding excitement to a stale journey. How much is up to you.

Maybe it's not ideal, or "content" but it's there for everyone to get "excited" about leveling more than before. That's it.
