Not Getting Any Queues With XP Off

I am a lvl 29 twink with my XP turned off, but I never get any queues that pops. In fact I dont even get an estimated average wait time. I think there isn't enough lvl 20s with their XP turned off to form a BG. Is there a way I can keep my XP off, but still get queues?

20 is alive because people make free to play twinks which means they are capped on their account to 20 so they never get XP in XP on bgs (seperate to xp off).

XP on is fine at all levels. XP off is only seeing queues at 19 (and even then, its specific times)

You will have more chances in XP on queues, that's 100% sure

fortunately, xpon has pops. Unfortunately, xpon = level up unless you afk before match end (lel)

29 is pretty dead man, best u can do is make a 20 on a 2nd account or use the macro to bug yourself into the bgs with f2p/vet/levelers, altho the latter is a bit risky as u can get xp when u fail :/
