The "All" tag's original purpose is to include both Veterans & Free to Plays.

A simple US tag would mean all of the US vets and f2ps whereas this means All. The all tag is older than vets and f2ps and it's original purpose was to tag threads that applied to both EU and US and this thread isn't one of them. I'm afraid you're the one using the tags incorrectly.

He doesn't know how tags work, this one is US only aswell.

That is incorrect.

You are given the option under "Region" to select "EU + US" and under "Level 20" You are given the 3 options Vet, F2p, and All
So if i wanted this to be EU as well, i'd select the tag "EU + US"

I stand corrected, you are correct it was EU+US not all, I'm sorry but shouldn't this one be US All then?
