I have maybe played 10 bg's since the change, I have got no Mark and no upgraded gear.
But the tokens seems to have a new drop chance if Farnk has gotten one since the update.
You can still get the crates, but they does not contain any Mark of Honor any more, or, atleast the dropchance has been lowered.
I have 150~ Mark of Honor, if you want, you can send it to your main and buy PvP gear. I think you can buy some heirlooms for them too!

I said I got Mark of Honor from the crates. The chance is just lowered.

Got one Mark out of four boxes today. Also got my blue bracers finally, which is now worthless with mah Invasion gear XD
maybe the mark of honor are only in the same crates as the upgrade gear

Yes they still do, got 2 blue upgrades from one crate in fact, 1 axe 1 boot
