Saxxon got there yesterday out of stealth and I got there in stealth. Maybe being fem BE makes it easier but it is doable without any speed increase besides minor speed to boots.

Tried this on my rogue and its possible just being stealth. its very easy if you pop sprint or use a speed potion though.
