New To F2P

Recently made a F2P account, its got DK activated thanks to the moonguard bug a few weeks ago, but its linked to my P2P account, is there anyway to unlink these? Just a personal preference really.

You'd have to open a ticket. It would probably be easier to just start over if you haven't done too much yet.

You would need to open a ticket (as Hashbrowns said), though be advised: once this is done, blizzard support is unlikely to undo this if you change your mind.
Plus, blizzard support is more likely to link (and thus consolidate) accounts than otherwise to counteract account trades, so it maybe trickier to unlink accounts than to link accounts. Still, cases of support unlinking accounts do exist, so opening a ticket is worth a try.

Also, the DK-on-F2P-account bug on moon guard is still active, if you plan to start anew instead.

Also not sure about unlinking but linking accounts is a lengthy week long process. You almost always are missing pets/mounts and have to reticket. Its a pain for both parties. If you haven't gotten any boa yet I'd restart.

Also any reason for the pure f2p? I mean mine is and its a cool thingt but with the new boa tab coming it could be really helpful gearing... Especially if it's a brand new trial account and you havnt ground any boa yet.

I think Crystallpals done it, he said something about losing all his titles/mounts and some other stuff.

It's a new F2P account, linked with my frozen P2P. I only wanted to unlink because of the DK glitch, but if thats not patched yet might as well start again hahah. Thanks guys

I've unlinked my account in the past because blizzard automatically linked me with my p2p and I didn't want it.

With the process I lost all my pets (and still can't fish up next sea pony...) but kept all p2p mounts (like 3? which I didnt have on my F2P)


Best would be the phone call.
