Not at all, Level 10 IS the "max" for those of us who Twink it. It's no different than someone who Twinks Level 1 or 60/70/85/etc. Just because someone doesn't Twink x9 doesn't mean they aren't taking full advantage of their Level with BiS gear or max Achievements for that Level, or highest single damage value at X Level, etc. Yes, I certainly defend 10's strongly because we have just as much "right" to Twink 10 as someone does who Twinks 14 or 19, if we're talking PvP Brackets. People Twink the Level they enjoy and for the reason they enjoy, and every single one of us has spend an absurd amount of in game Gold as well as RL Cash on our Twinks, making them "the best" at whatever we're shooting to be the best at, and that's my point. Twinking by it's very nature is wanting to be the best at something, so those who can't be bothered to farm mats for consumables are NOT wanting to be the best and therefore should just walk away from Twinking.

EDIT: And I did used to PvP quite a bit, back when WSG was our only choice at 10. When Blizzard made Achievements go account wide many things didn't translate well to individual Characters. I'm no PvP g0d by any means, iirc my HK's were just short of 5K back then and I had about half the WSG Achievements on that Hunter.

Twinking is all about min/maxing your character. Not restricting it within made up boundaries. That is fine if you want to play that way, with restrictions. But you should not force those restrictions upon others.
If everyone used consumables it would be an even playing field. But a few, in a field of many, just refuse to go out of their way to get the consumables needed.
I have even had some of this vocal minority purchase consumables from me on the AH.

Fel food and void trinket is good for bads. Don't use them please. You kill competition, queues and the bracket. I see alliance use both on EU. It's pretty sad really.

If we had a bracket with many 19s to allow queues 24/7 I would be fine with it but with the current situation (aka barely alive with 2-5 pops a day and bleeding players to US servers) this is just stupid and shooting yourself in the foot.
