According to Wowhead, you can get this ring by randomly fishing up [item]Stendel's Bane[/item], a lootable fish at Stendel's Pond in Westfall.



No ring for me yet, but I can confirm that this fish does exist. About 4 catches for me so far.

It's completely random from what I can tell. I've been fishing for almost 6 hours and have had 10 fish come up.

I fished up 2 within four casts of each other.
