NEED HELP PLEASE!

Hey guys! I just got back to wow after a 3 year break. I subbed to retail and wanted to make a couple of 20 twinks. I made a warrior got it to 20 and turned off my xp no problem .I then made a paladin quested the same exact way got to 20 and went to turn off xp and this toon is out of phase i cant see the xp guy!! I have tried deleting my quests going to chromie trying timelines but nothing is working to be in phase. Can someone help pls.

I think its the BFA intro quest fucking it up, unless its something new since the prepatch, so if you do that it should be solved, should be enoight to do the intro in the keep.

Ok I figured it out. You cant start a toon in Exile's Reach. You have to start at your races starting zone.

Exiles Reach should be fine. When you reach org/stormwind instead of going in just head out into the world. It will ask if you want to exit the tutorial, say yes. Then you can go in and fix timewalking, if you still can’t see the xp eliminator dude.
