A few opines...
#1 That sucks. But perspective is important. It's still only say, one one-millionth as bad as dinging a 19 by some odd mishap. It shouldn't even be mentioned in the same realm as any interpersonal relationship problems. Honestly you might want to reconsider your priorities, it would likely make you a happier person.
#2 It was, unfortunately, completely your fault. And because of this, I'd say you have less than a 1% chance of getting any of it fixed. But it can never hurt to try of course.
#3 In the grand scheme of things, grandfathered, useless gear and enchants are something you might care about for your own recollecting, but most other people a) can't see it and b ) don't care all that much about the old stuff you had. Don't get me wrong, a lot of people on these forums can appreciate the effort that went into obtaining some of those, but it is probably one of the least visible aspects of your twink. Chances are if you hadn't made this thread, very few if any ever would have noticed that anything had happened. So from your own standpoint, it sucks. From everyone looking at you, they barely notice if at all.

unfortunately, all blizzard currently restores is the current game code for the items.
this means that whether your items are deleted, sold, hacked, whatever, when they are restored they will be minus the enchant anyway. so the short of it is, no matter what you do, GF enchants won't be restored to items. not only this, items with random stats such as of the monkey, of the bear, etc. will be randomly regenerated and will probably not come back as the same random stat.

not true, I've had items restored with enchants.
When? i used to get it done but now i might find 1 out of 100 GM's willing to do it. i used to swap the ZG enchants around but i havent found a GM that will do it for a while now, i just keep getting a msg about a new policy.
yeah, GMs don't restore chants anymore.
Blackout; Blizzard has can't really assist in this matter.. However; if you remain persistent and do not like the answer you are given. Tell the GM you are talking too the GM.
I can not say if you'll get lucky and get the items back, nor can I say you won't. All I can say is best of luck to you in this time of dire strain.

Sucks.. gl. Hope you got SS's then as "proof" for who ever would need such...
If you get any problems ask Bon on the 1-9 forum.. he's really good at talking to GMs: p
