Wrong. If you have /cast Rejuvenation in the macro BEFORE the potion, the tooltip will show as Rejuve. Another thing about your so called 'neck' macro, if that was indeed the macro you used, both rejuve and your neck would casted simultaniously which they didn't.

That's just not the same thing as the macro we're talking about. You have your potion first, so obviously the tooltip is going to show as that potion, unless you state otherwise with a #show or #showtooltip.
