In science, nothing is a fact. Things that are proven to be true are called theories, and things that are unproven are called hypotheses. This is because nothing can be known for sure when we don't know everything. So when you use the word fact it's not in a scientific sense, but rather in a hyperbolic sense. Therefor, when I say fact what I really mean is that it's extremely likely. That's why the term "statistical fact" doesn't mean that it's 100% certain, but rather extremely likely.

Last year the XPOn and XPOff brackets were merged so I decided to quit Twinks and play endgame instead till they were seperated again. You're confusing hypothetical truths and actual facts or laws in science. There's also general facts that doesn't have basis in science, but rather basis in cultural definition etc.
Are aliens (foreigners) a fact? Yes, they do exist

DNA seems like a pretty difficult thing to create, and the fact that it survived and evolved to this point is also quite amazing. Very very low probability of that or such other similar life-creating process happening for sure.
We could be looking at 10^100 chances in this universe of there being alternate life, but the chance of life existing there could be 1/10^10000, which would actually mean there could be a low probability of alien’s existence.
Just my OPINION

As long as there is a probability at ALL then it's a fact in an infinite universe that there is alien life. And there is a probability of alien life, and our universe might be infinite.

It's likely we are just one of infinite universes and also ours is incredibly large, I'm with mvq on this one, the odds there isn't other life in our universe are so low it's basically Impossible. There is a philosophical theory talking about simulations, if we go with the likelihood that there are other universes, then the chances of one of those infinite universes having a civilization advanced enough to simulate realities, if one of them did, it's also incredibly likely we are living in a simulation, which doesn't really matter at all, but the chances of us being the first civilization to reach advanced technology maybe 500-1000 years away from that is impossibly low, it's a pretty short amount of time relatively speaking.
