A Multiboxing Project​

Dark Front is my personal project which involves playing three level 101 beast mastery hunters. A multiboxing project you may say. All characters are decked out with full 835+ gear. They are stacked with mastery as much as possible, leaving the main hunter with a close to 170% mastery and the other two around 150%.

Goal of this project? Enjoying the world pvp aspects, one shotting level 110's, and boosting/helping people in random dungeons pve aspect.

All hunters are controlled by a multiboxing tool called ISBoxer. I stream weekly and export those sessions to youtube as video.

I never played BM Hunters, does mastery affect pets over 100%? Because I see a hunter in the armory with 155% mastery but it says increases pet damage by 100%.. that's why I am asking.

Right now, I have the following gear ready (all with socket and some with leech):
- 840+835 head
- 840+840+835 feet
- 835+835+835 belt
- 835 chest
- 835 bracers
- 835 legs
- 835+835 trinket

Camping the AH for the right pieces which aren't overpriced as hell. Other then that, have to wait a week for my paycheck to buy 3x level 100 boosts + gametime for 2 more accounts. ^^
 
If you expect to do any reasonable AOE DPS then you'll also need to stack Haste or you'll Focus burn. A good number for Haste is ~40%. Personally I'd look into stacking Haste (to ~40%) > Mastery (balls deep) > Versa >= Crit.
 
Nice! I wanted to try this myself. I 5-boxed from the end of BC through Cata then stopped playing seriously for a while, other than MoP 84 twinks, and was thinking about dusting off the shammies and boomies to twink them. It sucks /follow doesn't work in BG's but open world will be fun again! Keep us posted and I'll check out your channel if you stream it!

Yeah, decided to stack mastery, with the haste ring ill auto. get over 40%, along with crit. Stats ending up with on all hunters should be 100%+ mastery, 40% crit and 40% haste. Main hunter should have around 140%+ mastery due to more gems.

It's going to take a while, not going to buy overpriced items, 835 cloaks without sockets are 100k on my realm atm, no way im going to buy those. So i'll have to sit back and wait for normal prices to appear, along with that I have to wait for my paycheck to buy 3x 100 boost.. but once it's up i'll keep you guys informed.

If you dont already have the extra accounts (sounds like you do tho) it'd probably be better to RaF 2 accounts and upgrade them to legion for the same effect plus 90 days of 300% XP boost to level 90 on the 2 new ones, along with level granting to the original. For less $$$. If it all still works that way.... i stopped doing RaF when i capped 8 accounts on my main account.

But having the existing accounts already kinda quashes that, as 2 more extra monthly subs kills the savings.

I have 8 accounts capped aswell. I used to multibox back in WOD, was 5 boxing and RAFed all of them, so that's not going to work out for me. I have to buy legion on them since their all decked out with WOD, so thats 3 free 100 boosts anyway. ^^ So 2x 45 EU and 1x 50 EU for my main acc.

Going to stream on January 1st, pretty much all day - i'll be leveling the hunters to 101 then. Hopefully have all my items ready by then aswell, right now I am missing 5 pieces, 2x shoulders, 1x cloak and 2 trinkets. The shoulders and cloak are all overpriced as hell on my realm, 100k+ so i'm waiting for cheaper ones.

Thanks for the comments, i have all 3 boosts ready. Due to work I wont be able to play them untill tomorrow evening. I am also short 2 shoulders and 1 cloak with a budget of 150k left.. Not sure if i'll make it. If anyone want's to sponsor me on Ravencrest, feel free to send some gold to Changzu (Alliance, Ravencrest). I could really use some more gold to finish the project.
