EU Movement speed twinks!

Currently at 182% in cat form on my druid https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/eu/sylvanas/speedrunner

I theory crafted that a warrior is the only class that could remotely get close to the 195/200% based on the fact Aggramar's Stride has no upper threshold.

Demon Hunters could reach 190~ if they achieve the perfect balance of mastery +speed gear, but the time commitment would be impractical.

I found my druid could reach 185 with +speed DR and +4% 300 ilvl azerite pieces rather than my 2 +3% pieces. If I were to equip the legendary chest rather than my 3% azerite chest I would gain +8.25% speed, meaning technically druids could hit 193-194% base movement speed.

100% certain warriors are the best class to do this at level 111 based on the fact they have no limit on their stat stacking speed bonus, my friend has received 34% base movement speed from just Aggramar's Stride.

I only use him to farm old raids/dungeons for mogs/mounts - nothing else.

The bfa gems actually work at 111, if you're 110 they give a lot less stats, +8 I believe.

Also, drop sephuz for the crated belt if you can

How much do gems give at 111? It's +9 at 110 btw.

Also i believe the ring gives more consistent movement speed in all situations whereas the belt only gives +5% more speed when no enemies are around.

Looking at your armory there's no way you're 182 unbuffed, my Dark Iron 110 warrior has higher secondary stats and he's at 181% unbuffed/185% with racial. Can you post an in game screenshot?

Edit: nevermind you're using Rethu's which puts you at 177% near mobs.

Thought I'd comment a few things that are new since the majority of these posts, and also drop a link to my DH. He's not perfect but I'm pretty happy with how things are. Some lucky Antorus drops would upgrade a few items but that's something I'm not prepared to spend my time doing ^^ Also I could use 300 longstrider pieces, but also, not something I'm willing to do yet as I've farmed all the speedrun-worthy mounts I can. Could also definitely use levelling my neck up and I guess a longstrider helm.

He's currently at 175.7% without any buffs. Fluctuates from ~201% indoors or in combat, ~277 Out of combat/outdoors, then sprint/Tartare/weapon proc/ring proc bonuses on top of that.

I used to use the https://www.wowhead.com/item=42341/figurine-ruby-hare trinket with 2x 40 Mastery gems in it, until they nerfed BFA gems to require 200 ilvl, and also the 30% movement speed didn't stack with the 25% from my boots so was almost entirely useless.
https://www.wowhead.com/item=27846/claw-of-the-watcher in each hand was another favourite, pre-gem nerf, along with 2 or 3 slot leather gear from MoP/WoD raids ^^

New Bits (since 8.2 I believe):
-Epic gems with 50 stat, up from +40, usable in gear ilvl 200+
-Enchant Ring - Accord of <stat> giving +60 up from +40. (When buying the enchants at 111, the tooltip reads +22 stat, but its +60 when equipped)
-5% movement speed gem - (DOES stack with 3% from previous)

The best stat stacking blue crafted rings have 113 stat on them, which is possible to get in BOTH ring slots

As far as I'm aware, the best cloak slot for toons who benefit from stacking is the one my DH has equipped, it's relatively easy to take tailoring on a toon with no proffs and churn these things out with next to no levelling tailoring required untill you get the desired procc (epic + your stat of choice), and then the 2% movement speed enchant. I suspect a high ilvl Antorus cloak with your stat+socket+speed would be better, but realistically....
