Dps isnt too bad on ele. Throw your totem, flame shock, and lightning shield for some consistent damage. Stack crit and you can crit 500 with your earth shock and lightning bolt. I'm not saying its great, but you can definitely put out some solid damage.

Sounds like RNG damage with no realistic burst. But good utilities.

I'd play an ele sham for the fun of it.

i have alot of fun with my arcane mage, although it is frustrating at times when constantly being pursued by paladins and hunters it is a very rewarding class to play well. the shatter crits you can get are about 700 with barrage with 6 stacks and you can one shot many confident druids with about 3 stacks. unstealthing unsuspecting rogues is also extremely funny with the spammable arcane explosion

if you dont mind dying alot or have a handy pocket healer i would role a mage or a lock, both these classes are seroius fun but im more inclined towards locks atm because of more hp and healz but maybe in the next patch mage damage will be too good to resist

I love these moments when you're at the point where your arcane blasts outdps' their rejuv-spamming (400-500 blast-crits on druids are the BEST FEELING EVER), then they want to cast their Regrowth, boom, CS 6 seconds locked, another blast for 400 and a barrage for 700 - dead druid
